Oles Honchar Dnipropetrovsk National University proposes to publish an article in a professional scientific collection

"Actual problems of native jurisprudence"

ABOUT THE PUBLISHER:

  • was founded in 2010 by the Oles Honchar Dnipro National University;
  • the scientific collection "Actual problems of native jurisprudence" is included in the list of professional publications of category "B" in the field of law (081 "Law") according to Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 157 of 09.02.2021 (Annex 4);
  • published 6 times a year;
  • ISSN 2408-9257 (Print) 2664-6226 (Online).

The sixth issue of 2024 is accepted until January 28, 2025 (inclusive).

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES:

The submitted article should contain: statement of the problem in general form and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks; an analysis of the latest research and publications in which the problem is solved and which the author relies on, highlighting the previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted; formulating the goals of the article (setting the task); an outline of the main research material with a re-substantiation of the scientific results obtained; conclusions of this study and prospects for further exploration in this direction.

Technical requirements:

–          Format - A4 (210x297).

–          Article size - 12-20 pages.

–          Font - Times New Roman, 14th skittle

–          The line spacing is 1.5.

–          Fields: top 2 cm, bottom 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 1.5 cm.

–          Paragraph indent - 1.25 cm, with a tab, the same throughout the article.

–          Quotes must be the same throughout the article («quotes»)

–          The hyphen "-" (printed without spaces) and the hyphen "-" (printed with spaces) should be distinguished..

–          Іlustration is printed in italics.

–          The references in the text of the publication should be followed by figures in square brackets, indicating first the position of the cited edition in the bibliographic references, then the page (for example: [2, p. 51]), multi-volume publications - [6, v. 2, p. 12]). The point in the sentence is placed after the brackets.

–          Following the text of the article, bibliographic references (Literature) are provided through the line, which must comply with the requirements of DSTU 8302: 2015 (see "Information and documentation. Bibliographic references. General provisions and rules of drafting").

–          References in references should contain at least 8 entries.

Language of publications: Ukrainian, English.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADOPTION OF ARTICLES:

In case of successful review of the article it is necessary to send a scanned copy of the payment receipt. 

Journal electronic version will be available on the website after March 31, 2025.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after April 30, 2025.

 

PROHIBITION TO REFER TO THE AGGRESSOR STATE’S SCHOLARLY PAPERS:

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

 

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY:

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

The article may be returned to the author for further revision or further work on the material. The authors are solely responsible for the content of the materials and their compliance with scientific and ethical standards.

An article may have no more than three authors. Students' articles are accepted by the editorial board only in co-authorship with the supervisor (or another scientist who has a PhD or PhD degree).

Articles that do not meet the design requirements are not accepted for publishing.

 

COST OF ARTICLE PUBLICATION:

The publication fee is 1300 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 50 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version. 

The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.

If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee. 

The authors receive the requisites for payment of the publication fee after passing the mandatory internal anonymous peer review of scientific articles and their verification for plagiarism.
