The Scientific Collection "Actual problems of native jurisprudence" was founded in 2010 at the Law Faculty of Dnipro National University named after Oles Honchar.
The scientific publication publishes articles on the theory and history of state and law, constitutional law, administrative law, international law, European Union law, civil law and process, agrarian and environmental law, criminology, criminal and criminal procedural law and other branches of law, which are written in Ukrainian or English.
The editorial board of the scientific collection "Actual problems of native jurisprudence" carries out external and internal review of all received articles. The editorial board of the magazine includes leading Ukrainian and foreign experts. The publication cooperates with many universities of Ukraine and abroad, state authorities and local self-government.
The publication is addressed to researchers, doctors of law, candidates of law, practitioners, teachers, graduate students and students of law faculties, as well as a wide range of readers interested in the problems of modern jurisprudence.
The National Library of Ukraine named after VI Vernadsky has accepted for electronic storage electronic versions of the scientific collection "Actual problems of native jurisprudence" for 2011-2022 which are placed on the portal of scientific periodicals of Ukraine.
The journal is included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (The Republic of Poland).
"Actual problems of native jurisprudence" is indexed in the Google Scholar International Scholarly Database.
The editorial office assigns to each published material an international digital ID of DOI.
The editorial board of the journal "Actual problems of native jurisprudence" accepts scientific articles that have not been published in other editions. During their preparation it is necessary to observe the current standards for printed works and requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
